Mrs. Loraine K. Rogers' Obituary
Mrs. Loraine K. Rogers, age 62, passed away unexpectedly Monday, May 20, 2019, in Bristol, TN. She was born February 20, 1957 to John R. and Mary Ruth (Strohm) Gardner in Muskegon, and was a life resident of this area. Loraine worked for the Social Security Administration for over 30 years before retiring. She enjoyed spending time on Martin Lake in Fremont, and also going to the casino. She married George C. Rogers on August 21, 1981, and he survives her along with 1 daughter, Angela (Mike) St. Croix; 4 grandchildren: Kailey, Taylor, Ashley and Michael; 1 great-grandson: Silas; 1 sister: Marian L. (Phil) Perry; nephews: Phil (Mike) Vallie-Perry, Derek (Rebecca) Perry, Dustin (Bobbie) Perry; great-nieces and nephews: Lucas, Chloe, Cameron, Madison and Braydon James; special friends: Matt Hayes, Bob and Barbara Hadley. Loraine was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother: Loren. The funeral service for Loraine will be Thursday, May 30, at 11:00 AM at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., (231) 798-1100.
