Mrs. Loretta May Gager's Obituary
Mrs. Loretta May Gager, age 72 passed away Sunday, December 16, 2012 at a Grand Rapids hospital. Loretta was born in Cadillac to David and Mary (Gilbert) Jones. On October 5, 1957, she married Elmer Gager and he preceded her in death on August 7, 2003. Loretta was retired from Spartan Engineering where she had worked as a machine operator. She enjoyed painting, sewing, embroidery and making and decorating cakes. Loretta also enjoyed traveling, loved shopping, and selling items at the flea market. She is survived by her children, Keith Elmer (Charlene) Gager of White Cloud, David R. (Melissa) Gager, Roxane May (Terri) Vickers, and Lori Lynnea (Pullen) Gager all of Muskegon; 17 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; her mother, Mary Jones; brothers, David Junior (Christianna) Jones of Florida, Kacey Lynn (Laura) Jones, Paul James (Merinda) Jones, Burl Lee (Patricia) Jones and Thomas Jerome Jones all of Muskegon; sister, Marilyn Kay (Leemars) Oaks of Muskegon; and many loved nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband Elmer, she was preceded in death by her son, Kurt Douglas Gager; her father; and brother, Daniel Dean. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 1:00PM Thursday,
December 20, 2012 at The Lee Chapel 6291 S. Harvey St. 231-798-1100
with Pastor Gerald Hagans officiating. VISITATION will be 1 hour prior to the service (12-1 PM). Interment will be in Sullivan Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society
