Lorna Jean Rozyski's Obituary
Lorna Jean Rozyski, age 91, passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2021. She was born on June 19, 1929 to Ray and Marie (LeFebvre) Chambers in Detroit, MI. Lorna loved her early childhood in Detroit and would reminisce about it often. She worked at Sears for many years where she met many close friends. Lorna was an avid quilter, baker, and fudge maker for her friends and family. She enjoyed watching golf, especially when Fred Couples was playing, listening to Michael Bublé, and always loved reading a good book. Lorna adored her family and found becoming a great-grandmother a rewarding new step in her life.
Survivors include her children, Diane Zoellmer, Stephen (Victoria) Rozyski, Kathy (Daniel) Fearnley, Carol (Tim) Miller, and Janet (Terry) Kailing; grandchildren, Adam Zoellmer, Emily Zoellmer, Evan (Kate) Czekuc, Ryan (Tricia) Czekuc, Matthew Miller, Jeff (Amber) Miller, Kelsey (Zach) Hodge, and Casey Kailing; great-grandchildren, Jace, Cade, and Rynlee Czekuc, Emerson Hodge; step grandchildren, Kate Fearnley, Joe (Rachel) Fearnely, Daniel (Andrea) Fearnely; and step great-grandchildren, Alex Lewis, Hallie Lewis, Aubrey Wells, Brody Wells, Dee Davis, Abrielle Cheatum, Zig Fearnely, Bode Fearnely, Darion Fearnely, DJ Fearnely, and Artison Fearnley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Frank Rozyski, her infant granddaughter, Teresa Kailing, and son-in-law, Robert Zoellmer.
A private family service will take place. Arrangements entrusted to The Lee Chapel of The Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 S. Harvey St. Norton Shores, MI 49444.
