Mrs. Lorraine Morrison's Obituary
Mrs. Lorraine Anne Morrison, age 92, passed away at the Harbor Hospice Poppen Residence, Sunday afternoon, December 18, 2016. Lorraine was born November 18, 1924 in Manistee, MI to Frank and Mary (Mikula) Krusniak. On October 3, 1953, she married Mervin George Morrison and he preceded her in death on January 10, 1993. Lorraine was a wonderful wife, mother, and home maker. She also had a passion for gardening and enjoyed painting with oils and acrylics. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church. Lorraine is survived by her children, Loretta (John) Masschelin of Concord, CA, Daniel Morrison of Muskegon, and her daughter Bonnie; many grand and great-grandchildren; her sister, Eleanore Pelfresne; her sister-in-law, Ruth Krusniak; several nieces and nephews. Lorraine was preceded in death by 2 brothers, William and Donald Krusniak; 3 sisters, Helen Zawacki, Clara Sprader and Alvina Swiercz. THE MEMORIAL OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 21 at St. Michael Catholic Church. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service.
