Lorraine Edna Inglat's Obituary
Mrs. Lorraine Edna Inglat, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, age 73, died Saturday morning, April 3, 2004. She was born October 24, 1931 in Muskegon to Michael and Edna (Grzybowski) Voyt, and has lived here all her life. Mrs. Inglat graduated from Mercy Mt. Carmel Nursing School of Detroit, MI, taught nursing at Muskegon Community College, and worked as Director of Nurses for many years at Knollview Manor Nursing Home. She was also a business owner at Maple Lanes Bowling Center in Muskegon. On July 3, 1954, in Muskegon, she married Edward George Inglat and he survives her along with 3 daughters, Roseanne Sinn, Marie, and Elizabeth Inglat; 4 sons, Brian, James, Robert, and Ronald (Amy) Inglat; 6 grandchildren, Renee Sinn, John, Andy, Holly, Connor, and Ryan Inglat; 1 sister, MaryAnne (Jack) Gorman; 3 brothers, Eugene (Margaret), Robert (Nancy), and Thomas (Joyce) Voyt; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mrs. Inglat was preceded in death by her parents; step mother, Marie Voyt; and two infant sisters, Julia and Elizabeth. She was a strong person in her faith and generosity. Her unconditional love and friendship will be sorely missed by her family and friends. She enjoyed spending time with family, traveling in her motor home, and had an overall great love for life. SERVICES will be 3PM Wednesday, April 7, 2004, at St. Francis Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Julian Reginato officiating. VISITATION with the family will be Tuesday, 2-4PM and 6-9PM at Walburn Chapel, Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc., 1547 W. Sheman Blvd., 231-759-8565 with the Rosary prayed at 7PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to the Greater Muskegon Catholic Schools and St. Francis Catholic Church would be appreciated.
