Louella D. Kieft's Obituary
Mrs. Louella D. Kieft, age 92, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Friday, March 18, 2016. She was born in Muskegon on August 29, 1923 to John and Dora (Rop) Tierman, and resided in the area all of her life. Louella was a member of Allen Ave. Christian Reformed Church. On November 19, 1948, she married Arthur Kieft and together they celebrated 67 years of marriage. Louella thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her family, especially their coffee time. SURVIVORS include her husband, Art; six children, Barbara (Richard) Robinson, Charlene (Daniel) Fairfield, Dale (Diana) Kieft, Joni (Keven) Carroll, Pamela (Michael) Johnson, and Carla Kieft; 10 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. Louella was preceded in death by her son, David Kieft in 1980; and four brothers, Bill Tierman, Paul Tierman, Marvin Tierman and Art Tierman. The FUNERAL SERVICE will be 11 AM Wednesday at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St. (231) 798-1100 with Pastor Benjamin Oliveira officiating. VISITATION with the family will be 6-8 PM Tuesday. Burial will take place in Sunrise Memorial Gardens. Memorial Contributions to Muscular Dystrophy Association and Allen Ave. CRC in Louella’s name will be appreciated.
