Louis Joseph "Lou" Kadlec's Obituary
Louis Joseph “Lou” Kadlec, age 90, of Grand Haven passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at his home. He was born October 8, 1933, in Chicago, Illinois, to Louis and Mary (Benes) Kadlec.
Lou owned and operated Kadlec & Son Wholesale Meats for thirty years. He enjoyed fishing, working in his yard, and most of all spending time with his family.
He is lovingly remembered by his son, Louis (Wanda) Kadlec; grandson Michael (Pamela) Kadlec; brother-in-law, Richard Busscher; and two nephews, Bradley (Beth) Busscher and Brian Busscher. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marianne Kadlec, and his sister, Marilyn Busscher.
A memorial service for Lou will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 16, 2024, at The VanZantwick Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services with Rev. Dan Anderson officiating. Friends may meet the family from 12:30 p.m. until the time of memorial service at the funeral home.
