Mrs. Lucille M. Eitniear's Obituary
Mrs. Lucille Mae Eitniear, 90, passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2018. She was born September 14, 1927 to Warren A. and Pearl (Lafayette) Higgins in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and lived most of her life in the Muskegon area. Lucille worked for Gerber Products Co. in Fremont for 30 years before retiring. She loved to travel and had visited most of the National Parks in the United States. She preceded in death by 2 husbands, William A. Potter and Russell Eitniear. Survivors include 1 son: Alan (Patricia) Potter; 1 daughter-in-law: Susan Potter; 6 grandchildren: Jeffery (Jessica) Potter, Nathan Potter, Thomas (Mary) Potter, Daniel Potter, David Potter, Robin (Scott) Peterson; 5 great-grandchildren, Christine, Elaine, Julia, Brandon and Luke; 1 sister-in-law: Dorothy Higgins. She was also preceded in death by 1 son: John Potter; her parents; and 8 brothers and sisters. A memorial service will be held Thursday, February 1, 2018, at 1:00 PM at The Sytsema Chapel, 737 Apple Ave., (231) 726-5210. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service.
