Lucille R. Snook's Obituary
Mrs. Lucille R. Snook, age 81, passed away Saturday, June 5, 2004. Mrs. Snook was born on July 28, 1922, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; to William and Wilhelmia “Elsie” (Roeder) Passenier. Living most of her life in the Muskegon area, she enjoyed flower gardening, genealogy and putting puzzles together. On December 9, 1938 Lucille married Wilson Hunt Snook in Muskegon. SURVIVORS include, 5 children, Nancy (Gerald) Zissler, Rosemary Snook, Arthur Snook, Joyce (William) Meerman, Helen (Theordore) Stoerman, and daughter-in-law, Margaret Snook; 12 Grandchildren: Debra (Bruce) Giddings, Dennis (Edith) Snook, Donald Snook, Cheryl (Gonzalo) Llano, Greg (Jodi) Zissler, Arthur Snook II, Scott (Mary) Snook, Kimberly (Robert) Brown, Chasity (Steve) Seewald, Krista Meerman and Brigitte (Kenneth) Dodge; 13 Great- Grandchildren: Krystal Giddings, Dennis Snook Jr., Amanda (Mark) Haley, Kyle Llano, Ethan Zissler, Logan Zissler, James Brown, Carley Brown, Joshua Fairfield, Megan Seewald, Kalob DeNio, Ashley Herrera, and Madalyn Herrera; 1 Great-Great-Grandson: Mark Haley, Jr.; 1 brother, Lawrence (Virginia) Passenier; 1 sister, Elizabeth Hable; Sisters-in-law, Birdie Passenier, Dolly Snook, Myrtle Snook, Lula (Marvin) Beeman, and Joanne (Melvin) Johnson; and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Snook was preceded in death by her parents; husband; 1 son, Steve Snook; 1 grandchild, Dorian Snook; 1 brother, George Passenier; 2 sisters, Helen Passenier and Eleanor Kardian. There will be a private family service held. Burial will take place in Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
