Lucy May Thornberg's Obituary
Mrs. Lucy May Thornberg, age 90, died Thursday morning, February 24, 2005. She was born May 29, 1914 in Muskegon to Celum and Cora (Stubbs) German, and had lived most of her life in Muskegon before moving to California in 1995. Mrs. Thornberg enjoyed her family and cooking. On July 22, 1932, she married Jacob Thornberg in Indiana and he preceded her in death on January 29, 1988. SURVIVORS include 4 children, Joyce (Donald) Monson of Anaheim, CA, Bruce (Sandra) Thornberg of Muskegon, Dennis Thornberg of Corsicana, TX, Gary (Diana) Thornberg of Muskegon; 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents, 1 grandson, David Thornberg, and 3 brothers. SERVICES will be 11:00 AM Thursday at
