Luella J. Badeaux-Nienow's Obituary
Luella J. Badeaux-Nienow, age 78, met her Lord and Savior on February 14, 2021. She was born on August 28, 1942 to Louis and Kathlyn (Gibson) Badeaux in Muskegon, MI and has lived in this area most of her life. She received her associate degree where she focused her studies in business. Luella was a dedicated employee at Meyers Chevrolet, where she worked as a business manager for 35 years before retiring in 2014. On June 26, 2004 she married the love of her life, Willard “Bill” Nienow in Muskegon, MI. Together they cherished 16 years married, but 35 years full of love and laughter. She and Bill made up the greatest team simply by communicating. In her spare time, she enjoyed word searches and adult coloring books, but she had a true passion for billiards. Luella played pocket billiards competitively and went to Las Vegas 3 times for the BCA tournament. She was a tender-loving woman who had such a big heart. She will always be remembered as the picture-perfect example of patience. She will truly be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her loving husband, Willard “Bill” Nienow; step-daughter, Christi (Phil) Evans; 4 step-grandchildren, Tara (Eric) Bouchard, Eric (Kristen) Evans, Dheanna (Alek) Konicki and Jared Evans; 3 step-great-grandchildren, Emery Evans, Karson Evans and Josiah (Aliyah) Bouchard; 2 step-great-great-granchildren, Jaxson and Adriana Bouchard; 2 nieces, Anette Saum and April Lenz; nephew, Brian Gager; great-niece, Shannon; great-nephew, Bubby; great-great-niece, Bridget; great-great-nephew, Tokey; sister-in-law, Pauline Badeaux; and family dog, Koda. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Linda Gager; and 2 brothers, Bruce Badeaux and William (Sharon) Badeaux. A Celebration of Luella’s Life will be held at a later date with family and friends.
