Mr Lyle Kenneth Graham's Obituary
Lyle Kenneth Graham passed away on April 16, 2013, he was 93 years old. Lyle was born on April 2, 1920 to Nelson and Ila (Goodenrath ) Graham. He lived his entire life in the Muskegon area. Lyle answered the call and proudly served his country in the South Pacific for 48 months with the Army Air Corp. He was a Salesman for Snowhite, later referred to as Schafer Bakery for 40 years. Lyle was also an active member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church, and served as a sales representative for United Church Directory. He was a simple man who deeply loved his family, he will be deeply missed. Lyle is survived by his loving wife of 66 years Marjorie (Gerst) ; 2 children Patricia Sikkenga, and Robert (Susan) Graham; 5 grandchildren, Scott (Susan) Sikkenga, Debra (Dan) Altstadt, Brian (Sarah) Sikkenga, Zach Graham, and Brett Graham; 6 great-grandchildren, Adam Sikkenga, Lauren Sikkenga, Bryce Sikkenga, Georgia Altstadt, Oscar Altstadt, and Samuel Sikkenga; and 1 sister Jean Ewald. He was preceded in death by his parents; son-in-law Michael Sikkenga; and 2 brothers Roy, and Ralph Graham. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held on Friday April 19th at 11AM at First Evangelical Lutheran Church (1206 Whitehall Rd) with Pastor Bill Uetricht, and Carlos Ramos officiating. VISITATION will be held one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS may be made to Harbor Hospice.
