Lyle G."Shorty" Hogan age 81, of Jenison, MI. formally of Ravenna died Saturday, March 3, 2012 at Trillium Woods in Byron Center, MI. surrounded by his loving family.
Lyle was born on March 21, 1930 in Grand Rapids, MI.
Lyle served in the United States Military. He married Ruth Marie (Sugarbaker) Hogan on September 28, 1951 in Ravenna, MI.
Lyle is survived by his wife of 60 years: Ruth M. Hogan of Jenison. 2 Sons: David (Debbie) Hogan of Grand Rapids, MI and Jim (Kim) Hogan of Howell, MI. 1 Daughter: Diane (Greg) Chulski of Jenison. 8 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren also survive.
A Memorial Service will be conducted on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 11:00am at the Ravenna United Methodist Church in Ravenna with Pastor Carl Black officiating. The family will be at the church 1 hour prior to greet friends.
