Lyman F. Meloche's Obituary
Mr. Lyman F. Meloche, age 94, passed away Sunday, August 25, 2013 at Lake Woods Nursing Home. He was born on February 26, 1919 to Albert and Josephine (Burgo) Meloche in Washburn, WI. He was a member of St. Mary’s of the Immaculate Conception Church. Lyman retired in 1989 as a Deputy Clerk with the Cook County Court System. He enjoyed the quiet things in life and was very good hearted in nature to others. SURVIVORS include his caregiver’s niece, Pat (Walt) Karr, nephew, Ernie (Seconda) Addicott; other nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. Lyman was preceded in death by his parents, and 11 siblings. MASS of CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be held 11:00 AM on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at St. Mary’s of the Immaculate Conception (239 W. Clay Ave.) with Rev. Fr. Matthew J. Barnum presiding. VISITATION with the family will be one hour prior at church. Burial will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery. MEMORIALS to St. Mary’s Catholic Church or Grace Hospice would be appreciated.
