Lynne Marie May's Obituary
Called by her Heavenly Father, Lynne May entered into eternity on Saturday, October 22, 2005, surrounded by her loving family. Lynne was born on May 10, 1949, to Donald and Phyllis (Durgan) Sullivan. She graduated from Muskegon High School. On December 14, 1968, Lynne married her beloved husband David May and he survives, along with six sons, Mitchell (Rebecca) May, Lance May both of Muskegon, Travis May of California, Joshua May of Grand Rapids, and Timothy and Isaac May both at home. In addition, two daughters survive. They are Danna (Jeffrey) Bohach of Muskegon and Kara May of Grand Rapids. Grandchildren are Morgan, Ryan and Grant May, Austin May and Alyssa Bohach. Lynne and David were devoted Foster Parents for many years. She leaves two brothers, Rodney Johnson, and Scott Sullivan and a sister Kim Vis, as well as brothers-in-law, Dale (Viola) May of Rockford and Michael (Norah) May of Gowen. Sisters-in-law are Rita (Sid) Miller of Muskegon, Nancy (John) Doyle of Big Rapids, Maryellin (Ken) Prus of Reed City, Elouise (Michael) Kuncaitis of Allendale, Antoinette Van Wyck of Horton and Betty May of California. She was predeceased by her parents, and a sister, Colleen Troyer. THE FUNERAL LITURGY will be celebrated 10:00 AM Wednesday, October 26, 2005 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Fr. Michael Shea presiding. INTERMENT will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery. VISITATION with Lynne’s family will be 2-4 and 6-8 PM Tuesday at The Walburn Chapel of Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc., 1547 W.
