Mabel Baumgarten's Obituary
Mrs. Mabel Baumgarten, age 88, passed away Sunday, January 16, 2005. She was born December 16, 1916, in Muskegon, to Erhard & Signe (Person) Lager and had been a life resident of the area. Mabel had been a L.P.N. at Mercy Hospital for 13 years, prior to her retirement; and was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church. SURVIVORS include 2 sons, Norman L. (Lois) Baumgarten of Escondido, CA and Robert (Kathryn) Baumgarten of West Palm Beach, FL; 4 grandchildren, Sherri Rempe, Brian Baumgarten, Michael Baumgarten and Amy Baumgarten; and two great-grandsons, Logan and Taylor Rempe. SERVICES will be 3PM Wednesday at Sytsema Funeral Home, 737 Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442, 231-726-5210, with Pastor Ron Johnson, officiating. Burial will be in Norton Cemetery. Friends may meet the family one-hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers MEMORIAL GIFTS to Christian Care Nursing Center will be appreciated.
