Mackenzie LeeAnn Captain, age 4, passed away unexpectedly with her brother, Dustin Edward Captain on Thursday, February 12, 2009. She was born October 22, 2004 in Muskegon to Jeffery and Tosha (Captain) Barber. SURVIVORS include her parents; 2 brothers, Kenneth and Landon Barber; grandparents, Kenneth Willard, Sheryl Captain, Jeffery and Bonnie Barber; great-grandmother, Delorse Captain; aunts, Roxanne Willard, Becky Captain, DeAnna Hoogerhyde, Delorce Captain; uncle, Kendrick Captain; special cousin, Savannah Captain; cousin, Cameron Willard; and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her brother, Dustin Edward Captain; grandfather, Benny Captain; uncles, Kenneth Willard and Billy Captain. SERVICES will be 11:00 AM Tuesday at
