Madeleine L. Cross' Obituary
Mrs. Madeleine L. Cross, age 80, passed from this life into eternal life November 29, 2021, in Muskegon. It brings her family great comfort that she knew Jesus Christ as her Savior and is in His presence. She was born June 24, 1941, to Stanley and Marie (Anoskewicz) Haraburda in Grand Rapids and moved to the Muskegon area in 1995. She worked in customer service for over 30 years at Wolverine Coil Springs in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Madeleine enjoyed spending time at the hunting camp, fishing, reading, and baking. Madeleine loved people and she loved to engage them in conversation. Her son Glenn Clubb preceded her in death in 2002. On March 8, 1995, she married Billie Lou Cross, and he survives her along with her stepchildren Lisa (Scott) Mann of Traverse City, MI, Bill (Michelle) Cross of Muskegon, MI and her grandchildren Alexa, Greyson, Emmett and Taehler. A memorial service will be held Friday, December 10, 2021, at 12 noon at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral and Cremation and Cremation Services, 6291 S. Harvey St., Norton Shores, MI 49444. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, also at the funeral home. Contributions in memory of Mrs. Cross may be made to Traverse Life Center, 3050 S. Airport Road, Traverse City, MI 49684.
