Mae Louise Vinton's Obituary
Mrs. Mae Louise Vinton, age 88, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2018 in North Muskegon, Michigan. She was born in Douglas, Michigan on May 1, 1929. Mae was an active member of Lakeside Community Church and had been a member at the former Lakeside United Methodist Church. She enjoyed playing cards, reading, and most importantly, loved her family. On June 17, 1948, Mae married Jack E. Vinton and he survives her along with their children, Kathy (Jim) Crago, Jennifer (Joe) Emory, Dennis (Mary) Vinton, and Doreen (Carl) Lemon; 17 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; three great-greatgrandchildren; and sister-in-law, Maxine Ryan. She was preceded in death by her mother, Phoebe Berry; father and mother-in-law, Dell and Mary Vinton; and brother, George Ryan. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, March 31, 2018 at Kingdom Embassy Covenant Church (3025 Glenside Blvd.) with Rev. Dr. Zawdie Abiade officiating. VISITATION will be at church from 11AM – 1PM. MEMORIALS in Mae’s memory may be directed to Meals on Wheels or Helping Hands Mission at Lakeside Community Church.
