Manuel Q. "Manny" Cisneros' Obituary
Manuel Q. “Manny” Cisneros, age 64, passed away Sunday, November 14, 2021 at Mercy Hospital. He was born June 6, 1957 in Cebu City, The Philippines to Alfonso and Felicia (Quijano) Cisneros. On September 22, 1987, he married Vivian Galeon in Cagayan De Oro City, The Philippines and came to the United States in 2007 followed by his family in 2010. He worked at Nowak Machine Products, Nugent Sand Company and most recently as a machinist for Motion Dynamics. Manny was very proud to have become a United States Citizen in 2017. He was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church and had been attending Mass at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. He was an active member of the Knights of Columbus Council #706. Survivors include his loving wife, Vivian G. Cisneros; his daughter, Jeremy (Brian Daig) Cisneros-Daig; 3 sons, Kevin Cisneros, Lloyd (Erika Vargas) Cisneros, Marvin Cisneros; 1 granddaughter, Zuriel Daig; 2 sisters, Gloria (Isidro) Adlawan, Seny Orchard; 1 niece, Barb (Eric) Stawski; 1 nephew, Michael Orchard; and very special friends who were like family, Pat and Deb McKeown. He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother-in-law, Duane Orchard. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 1:00 PM Friday, November 19, 2021 in Marian Chapel at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church (2929 McCracken St.) with Rev. Charles D. Hall presiding. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5-8 PM Thursday at The Walburn Chapel, 1547 W Sherman Blvd, Muskegon, MI 49441, where the Rosary will be prayed at 7:00 PM. Visitation will also be held one hour prior to Mass, 12-1 PM Friday in Marian Chapel. Memorial contributions may be directed to Knights of Columbus Council #706.
