Marah Dill's Obituary
Mrs. Marah N. Dill, age 85, passed away Wednesday afternoon, March 3, 2004 in Mears, MI. She was born November 14, 1918 in Muskegon to Herman and Mary (Dykstra) Berghuis, and lived in the Muskegon area for most of her life. She had been a member of the Eastern Star and the Muskegon Woman’s Club, and when she was able, she loved to play bingo. Mrs. Dill married her husband George M. “Mart” Dill on December 4, 1937 in Peru, Indiana, and he preceded her in death on March 13, 1992. SURVIVORS include 1 daughter, Almarie Veitenheimer (Bill) Taylor of Mears; 1 son, Marshall “Clinton” (Faye) Dill of Bedford, Texas; 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren. SERVICES will be 11:00 AM Saturday at Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 737 Apple Ave.(231) 726-5210 with Reverend Ken Vanderlaan officiating. VISITATION will be 1 hour prior to the service.
