Marcia A. Workman's Obituary
Mrs. Marcia A. Workman, age 76, passed away Friday, March 15, 2024 in Zephyrhills, FL. She was born on December 21, 1947 in Muskegon to Henry “Hank” and Helen (Cline) Ippel. Marcia dedicated 23 years to serving as an Administrative Manager at Michigan Farm Bureau before embarking on retirement. Throughout her journey, she found joy in shopping, engaging in conversations wherever she went, and passionately following the tri-state racing circuit for an extended period wherever it went. On August 23, 1968 she married William “Bill” Workman and together they celebrated 55 years of marriage. SURVIVORS include her husband, Bill; two children, Deanne (Michael) Maclam and Bill (Amanda) Workman, Jr.; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and many extended loving family members. Marcia was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Janice Dickert. A Celebration of Life for Marcia will be 12PM Saturday, June 22, 2024 at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 S. Harvey St. Norton Shores, MI 49444 (231) 798-1100. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service, from 11AM – 12 PM.
