Marcia G. Tindall's Obituary
Mrs. Marcia G. Tindall, age 56, passed away Friday evening, December 10, 2004 at a local hospital. She was born October 14, 1948 in Detroit, MI to Vincent and Carol (Cook) Maloney and moved to the Muskegon area in 1973. On January 6, 1968, she married Kenneth W. Tindall in Williamston, MI. Prior to her retirement, Marcia worked as a clerk for the State of Michigan. She was an active member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church where she was involved in the music ministry and was an Eucharistic Minister to the homebound and sick. She was also an active member of C.A.S.T. Marcia volunteered with the Cub Scouts as a pack committee member. SURVIVORS include her husband, Ken; 1 son, George (Teresa) Tindall of Muskegon; 4 granchildren, Nicholas, Andrea, Zachary, and Abigale Tindall; 1 brother, Vincent Maloney of Arizona; 3 sisters, Elizabeth Gibson of Tennessee, Mary Abhalter of Florida, and Sharon (Jerome) Dingham of Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. THE FUNERAL LITURGY will be celebrated 10:00 AM Tuesday, December 14, 2004 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church with the Rev. Fr. Michael P. Olson presiding. INTERMENT will take place at Coffey Cemetery in Fowlerville, MI. VISITATION with Marcia’s family will be 3-5 and 7-9 PM Monday at the Sytsema Funeral Home, 737 Apple Avenue, (231) 726-5210. The Chaplet of Divine Mercy will be prayed at 3:00 PM Monday, the hour of mercy, at the funeral home. MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS may be made to Catholic Social Services.
