Mrs. Mardell Kathryn Makie's Obituary
Mardell Makie, age 77, passed away on December 16, 2015. She was born on April 12, 1938 to Marten and Ira Hughes. In 1957 she married Robert Makie. Mardell worked for the Department of Defense for many years. She was a cheerful, funny, caring, beautiful woman who will be deeply missed. She is survived by her husband, Robert; children, Scott Makie and Kari Gordon; grandchildren, Adam Snyder, Robert Gordon and James Gordon; brother, Raymond (Linda) Hughes; and sister, Lori Zielinski. She was preceded in death by her parents. In accordance with her wishes cremation will take place and no services will be held.
