Margaret Chittenden's Obituary
Margaret L. Chittenden, age 89, of Grand Haven passed away Monday, May 29, 2006, in Grand Haven. She was born August 9, 1916, to Emery and Mary E. (Olsen) Kelley in Humboldt, Iowa; and she married Robert F. Chittenden August 11, 1940 in Iowa. He passed away May 26, 1996.
Mrs. Chittenden had been an area resident since 1940 and was a member of Spring Lake Wesleyan Church. She enjoyed gardening, painting, and singing.
Survivors include her daughter Dawn Chittenden of Holland and son Kirby (Susan) Chittenden of Spring Lake; 3 grandchildren, Christopher (Betty Jo Duncan) Skinner, Jeffrey and Shelby Chittenden; 2 great-grandchildren, Jacob and Laura Skinner; and her brother Charles Kelley of Grand Haven. She was preceded in death by her daughter Bonnie Sue.
