Margaret "Marge" Mary Payne's Obituary
Margaret Mary Payne (Marge), 76, of Spring Lake, Michigan passed away peacefully Friday, July 11th at Heartwood Lodge. The family would like to thank the staff at Heartwood Lodge for providing wonderful, loving care along with a beautiful place for Marge to call home. Marge is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Eileen (Brian) Tyson of Buckley, Michigan; and son, Martin (Carol) Payne of Spring Lake; 4 grandchildren; and brother, Fern Kelly of Westland. Preceding her in death are her parents, Daniel and Eileen Kelly of Ferndale; brothers, Daniel Kelly S.V.D. and Frank Kelly of Royal Oak. A Catholic Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Hannah in Kingsley, Michigan Friday, August 8th at 10 a.m. followed by a reception luncheon. Final resting place will be Oakview Cemetery in Royal Oak. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Divine Word Missionaries (http://www.svdmissions.org/donate/), a Catholic missionary society where Margaret’s late brother Daniel served for several years working among the poor, neglected and the disadvantaged around the world.
