Margaret E. Elliott's Obituary
Mrs. Margaret E. Elliott, age 92, passed away Sunday evening, February 15, 2009 in Muskegon. She was born June 22, 1916 to John and Katherine (Kreyeski) Collins in Kenosha, WI, moved to Rothbury in 1921, and finally to Muskegon in 1939. Margaret worked as a crossing guard for 6 years at Carr Elementary School, and was a member of Fellowship Reformed Church, belonging to the Ladies Aid Society. On March 21, 1938 she married Harold J. Elliott, and he preceded her in death on January 3, 1985. SURVIVORS include 1 son, William E. (Sally) Elliott of Wautoma, WI; 1 daughter-in-law, Nancy K. Elliott of Norton Shores; grandchildren, Dale (Lisa) Elliott of Tomahawk, WI, Bruce Elliott of Apopka, FL, Michael (Heather) Elliott of Orlando, FL, Heidi (Bradley) Sprague of Spring Lake, Heather Shunta of Grand Haven; great-grandchildren, Rachel and Jacklyn Elliott, Lucas Sprague, Ryan Shunta, Alyssa and Allison Elliott. She is also survived by several step grand and great grandchildren; her only surviving sister, Ethel McCauly; special niece, Katie Wiltenburg; several other nieces and nephews; special friends, Steven Line and family. Preceding her in death besides her husband, Harold J. Elliott, were her two sons, Kevin J. Elliott in 1989, and Harold R. Elliott in 2003. SERVICES will be 11:00 AM Thursday at Fellowship Reformed Church, with Rev. Jerry R. Worrel officiating. Burial will take place at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. VISITATION at
