Margaret L. Graham's Obituary
Mrs. Margaret L. Graham, age 85, passed away October 11, 2011 surrounded by family and friends at Hillcrest Nursing Home. She was born on January 15, 1926 to Benjamin and Grace (Pitts) Hollingsworth in Detroit, MI. She has lived in the West Michigan area for the past 25 years. She had attended First Christian Church. Prior to her retirement, she had worked in sales at J.C. Penny’s in Muskegon, owned and operated Larks Lake Bar, Pellston MI, and sold Avon for many years in Rochester, MI. Along with being a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, Sister and Friend, she enjoyed; flowers, reading, crocheting, camping, fishing, volunteering, going to church and spending time with her family. She married William E. Graham in Detroit and he preceded her in death in 1972. She will be laid to rest with William at White Chapel Memorial Cemetery, Troy, MI. A MEMORIAL SERVICE and friendship luncheon will be held at the Muskegon Winter Sports Park Lodge, Sunday Nov. 6th, 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. SURVIVORS include one daughter, Marge (Kevin) Smith from Indian River, MI; granddaughter, Nikki of Muskegon and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her sister's, Norma Robinson and Helen Fink.
