Marguerite "Marge" Wolfe's Obituary
Mrs. Marguerite “Marge” Wolfe, age 84, passed away Friday, September 20, 2013, in Whitehall, MI. She was born in Muskegon on March 30, 1929 to Brose and Lillian (Richards) Phelps and was a life resident of the area. Marge was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and had worked for 30 years as a cashier before retiring in 1984. She was an accomplished piano player and talented musician. Everyone that met Marge loved her; she will be deeply missed by her loving family and many friends. She is survived by her children, Rev. Terry (Judy) Wolfe, Judy Minzey, Dale (Carol) Wolfe and Rev. John (Anna) Wolfe; 17 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren and two sisters, Louise James and Pat (Dale) Carr. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Marie. SERVICES will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at The Sytsema Chapel, 737 Apple Ave., 231-726-5210 with Rev. Terry Wolfe officiating. VISITATION will be one hour prior to her service. Burial will be in Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
