Marian Chubb's Obituary
Mrs. Marian Chubb, age 55, passed away Thursday, October 22, 2020 at her home with her family by her side. She was born in Muskegon on January 14, 1965 to William and June (Alexander) LaNore and graduated from Fruitport High School. Marian was employed by Meijer where her love to socialize was fulfilled by a 30 plus year career as a cashier. She enjoyed keeping in touch with family and friends through social media, camping, and traveling, especially trips to Utah. On July 9, 1983, Marian married Paul A. Chubb at their home in Spring Lake and he survives her along with their children, Joseph Chubb, Stephanie (Jason) Johnson, Andrew Chubb; two grandsons, Andrew Jr. and Bryson; two sisters, Mildred LaNore and Barbara (Bill) Kooiman; three brothers, Billy (Candy) LaNore, Gerry LaNore, and Lawrence (Sandy) LaNore; parents-in-law, Robert and JoAnn Chubb; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. VISITATION will be from 5-7 PM Monday, October 26, 2020 at The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 6291 Harvey St., Norton Shores, MI 49444.
