Mrs. Marian Helen (Cramblit) Schopp's Obituary
Mrs. Marian Helen (Cramblit) Schopp, age 76, passed away Friday, April 27, 2012 at her daughter’s home surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 21, 1935 in Columbus, OH, to William and Myrtle (Armentrout) Cramblit and lived in the Muskegon area most of her life. On July 21, 1956, she married Frank O. Schopp, Sr. and he preceded her in death on January 28, 2008. Prior to retirement in 1999, Marian worked 20 years in housekeeping at Knollview Nursing Home. Marian enjoyed camping and sitting outdoors by the fires. She also enjoyed walking and playing bingo. SURVIVORS include 3 children, Verda L. (Dana) Brandow of Twin Lake, William J. (Frances Elliott) Schopp of Muskegon, Chester F. (Angie Whelpley) Schopp of Muskegon; 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, Darlene (Bob) Andrick of OH, Shirley (Roy) Snider of OH, Tessie (Bob) Nelson of Ludington; 1 sister-in-law, Nancy Cramblit; and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents and 1 brother, Marvin Cramblit. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be 1:00 PM Monday, April 30, 2012 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S.
