Marian E. Wadaga's Obituary
Mrs. Marian E. Wadaga, age 89, passed away surrounded by her family on Saturday, December 21, 2013. She was born on December 15, 1924 in Muskegon to Clesson and Lucy (Christine) Hall. She worked at Meijer for 17 years. Mrs. Wadaga was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and worked on many funeral lunches. On August 26, 1950 she married James Wadaga, and he preceded her in death on March 8, 2009. Her family was very important to her. Surviving are her 8 children: Chris (Richard) Foster, Theresa (Kent) Briggs, Kathleen (Michael) Cicholski, Joann (Mike) Moks, Diann (Ron) Tyczynski, Annette (David) Newton, Lynnette (Tim Lipan) Bloomberg, and Jim (Chris) Wadaga. Her grandchildren include David (Alyssa) Foster, Brandon and Brittany Briggs, Jason (Shayla) Suchecki, Wendy (Jeff) Green, Heather (Gary) Cole, Michael Moks, Whitney (Al) Rekowski, Jennifer (Kevin) Alber and Matthew Tyczynski, Jessica and Veda Newton, Joshua Bloomberg, Amy and Andrew Wadaga. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Wadaga was also preceded in death by her brother, Eugene Hall.
VISITATION with the family will be Friday, Dec. 27th at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., Norton Shores, 231-798-1100 at 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. with the Rosary prayed at 7:30 p.m.
The MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 28th at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Grand Haven with Rev. Fr. William Langlois presiding.
