Marie M. Addicott's Obituary
Mrs. Marie M. Addicott, age 97, passed away on May 8, 2013 at a local nursing home. She was born on March 26, 1916 to Albert and Josephine (Bourgo) Meloche in Washburn, WI. Marie was a member of St. Mary’s of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. She was involved in the altar society. Marie was the spark plug for the entire family. She enjoyed bingo and was known for her banana cream pie. On November 4, 1939, she married Ernest Addicott and he preceded her in death on November 25, 1971. SURVIVORS include 6 children, Theresa Farnelli, Ernie (Seconda) Addicott, Barbara Woirol, Linda (James) McLaughlin, Joseph (Kimberly) Addicott and Michael (Lynn) Addicott; 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild; brother, Lyman Meloche. She was also preceded in death by her grandson, Dean Addicott; great-granddaughter, Kaylin Humphreys and son-in-law, Dick Woirol. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be 11:00 AM Saturday, May 11, 2013 at St. Mary’s of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (239 West Clay) with Rev. Fr. Matthew J. Barnum presiding. VISITATION with the family will be one hour prior to the mass at church. In lieu of flowers, please consider Mercy VNS & Hospice Services or charity of your choice. BURIAL will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
