Marie Elaine Pardue's Obituary
Marie Elaine Pardue, age 61, passed away Monday, August 16, 2021, at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI. She was born September 16, 1959, in Chicago, Illinois to Norman and Ethel (Quiding) Berwer and married Harrell Pardue on August 13, 1990, in Grand Haven.
Marie worked as a licensed dental assistant for numerous Doctors, most recently Dr. Dehudy. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family, listening to music, gardening, rock collecting, going to the beach and rooting for the Chicago Cubs.
She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Harrell Pardue; two daughters, Jamie (Jeremy) Niles and Elaina Ball; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; her mother, Ethel Berwer; mother-in-law, Carole (Jerry) Langlois; three sisters: Beverly (Jim) Gibbins, Ginger (Allen) Wierdak and Norma (Dan) Chamis; two brothers, Eddie Wilson and Raymond Berwer; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Norman Berwer, beloved grandson, Ronald Dale Ball, Jr. on March 31, 2010, and brother, Steve Berwer.
The funeral service for Marie will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 23, 2021, at Spring Lake Presbyterian Church with Rev. Dan Anderson officiating. Friends may meet the family one hour prior to the funeral at church. Interment will be in Nunica Cemetery. Memorial contributions to Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital or to the Ronald McDonald House of Western Michigan are appreciated.
