Marie Camille Hitsman's Obituary
Mrs. Marie Camille Hitsman, age 54, went to be with her Lord Sunday evening, September 16, 2007. She was born September 7, 1953 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Louis and Luz (Padilla) Garcia and had lived in the Muskegon area for the past 21 years. Mrs. Hitsman worked for Edwards Janitorial for 2 years, and was a member of Oak-Crest Church of God. On June 14, 1997 she married John R. Hitsman in Muskegon and he survives her along with 2 children, Paul Scott Gordon of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Rachel (Richard) Baker of Findlay, OH; 2 grandchildren, Noah Dean and Nathan Richard Baker; mother, Luz Garcia of Albuquerque, New Mexico; 7 brothers, Milton, Bodo, Jerome, Joe, Tommy, John, and David Garcia. She was preceded in death by her father, Louis Garcia and her sister, Beverly Garcia. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, September 22, 2007, at Oak-Crest Church of God (1540 Leonard St.) with Rev. Robert D. Rogers and Pastor Brad LaBreyere officiating. VISITATION with the family will be one hour prior to the service. MEMORIALS to the Oak-Crest Church of God Memorial Fund in Mrs. Hitsman’s name would be appreciated.
