Marilyn J. Boles' Obituary
Marilyn J. Boles, age 83, passed away Friday, May 19, 2023 at her home. She was born October 4, 1939 in Zeeland, MI to Thomas and Della (Olsen) Keith and was a lifelong resident of the area. On September 14, 1957, she married James R. Boles in Muskegon and he preceded her in death on May 10, 2017. Marilyn was a lifelong member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church where she volunteered for the Food Pantry Ministry. Survivors include 4 children, Cindy (Gary) Wolters, James (Laurie) Boles, Tammy (Dan) Morse, Jamie (Mike Daniels) Boles; 8 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandson; and 1 sister, Betty Decker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Boles and her parents, Tom and Della Keith. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM Thursday, May 25, 2023 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church (150 E. Summit, Muskegon Heights) with Rev. Fr. Douglas A. Braun presiding. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the Mass at church. Interment will take place at Mona View Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be directed to the Harbor Hospice Foundation.
