We are so sad we missed the funeral. Marilyn was so dear and good to us. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
We had so many great times with Marilyn and Larry. We shared some memorable car trips with them both and later with Marilyn. Memories include are: tasty food prepared, late night card games, painting a gentleman’s toenails while they were sleeping, sticky buns, people watching at the Old Car Festival, looking for pennys from Heaven, basket making at Henry Ford Lodge and many more. We send our sympathy to you for the earthly loss of your Mother/Grandmother.
I just filled two pages in my journal with the things that Marilyn and I did together as cousins. Marilyn inspired me to learn more, do more and be more. I am thankful for the great times we enjoyed.
My sincere condolences to Marilyn’s family. We have been neighbors for several years. I always enjoyed our mailbox chats. I will be out of the country and unable to attend, but my thoughts and prayers continue. She was a special lady.
