Marjorie Ann "Marge" Larson's Obituary
Marjorie Ann “Marge” Larson, age 92, a resident of Grand Haven for nearly 50 years, passed away June 19, 2025, at home. She was born on June 3, 1933, in Traverse City, Michigan, to Warren and Marie (Hogeland) Hamilton. She married Eldon Walter Larson on October 27, 1956.

Marge was an active volunteer at church and school wherever they lived. After her daughters were grown, she worked as Dietary Supervisor at Robbinswood Assisted Living Centre until her retirement.
Marge enjoyed gardening, sewing, crafting, antiquing, and traveling with her family. She served many years as Queen for the Foxy Ladies Grand Haven Red Hat Society chapter. Marge was a fixture at Four Pointes Senior Center, where she received recognition for her volunteer work, culminating in the Volunteer of the Year award being named in her honor in 2016.
Marge will be missed by her four daughters: Deborah (Leshia) Larson, Patricia (Martin) Scott, Paula Larson, Kristina Young; and her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and all seven of her siblings.
