Mark "Chops" Schornack's Obituary
Mark “Chops” Schornack, age 54, passed away on Wednesday, April 4, 2018. He was born December 29, 1963 in Warren, MI to Carl J. and Donna L. (McElmurry) Schornack and lived in the Fruitport and Muskegon area most of his life. He was baptized into Grand Haven Seventh Day Adventist Church. He was the owner of Chops Lawn Service and worked at a variety of businesses. He enjoyed helping friends in need. SURVIVORS include his father, Carl Schornack of Muskegon; his siblings, Kathleen Earlywine, Doris (Rich) Nichols, Joann (Steven) Perry, Michael (Beth) Schornack, Ann (Andrew) Chen, Karla (Phillip) Wolf; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Donna Schornack in 2011. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 2:00pm Sunday, April 8, 2018 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St., (231) 798-1100. VISITATION will be held one hour prior to the service, 1-2pm Sunday.
