Mark L. McGhan's Obituary
Mark L. McGhan, age 49, passed away unexpectedly Thursday morning, April 7, 2011. He was born November 6, 1961 in Muskegon to John and Donna (Bradley) McGhan. Mark was a 1980 graduate of Muskegon High School and worked for Langlois for 23 years. He also loved to travel and have fun with friends and family. SURVIVORS include his life partner, Steve Ferris; father, John McGhan; brother, Richard (Tracey) McGhan of Ravenna; sister, Deborah (Joseph) Witkowski of North Muskegon; aunt, Judy M. (Joan Adelman) of Charlotte, MI; uncle, Jerry (Dee) Bradley of Hastings; extended family, Richard and Jacklyn Ferris, Brenda Locke, Dara Hammerle, Gary Ferris, Rick (Robin) Ferris; special friends, J.P. Phelps and Dick Ferry; many nieces, nephews, and lots of loving friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Donna McGhan in 2008 and his beloved pets, Lucy and Murphy. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 3:00 PM Friday, April 15, 2011 at The Lee Chapel,Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 6291 S. Harvey St. (231) 798-1100 with Pastor Rick Ferris officiating.
