Marshall Lee Roberts' Obituary
Mr. Marshall L. Roberts, age 83, passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at Brookhaven Medical Care Facility. He was born on June 19, 1926 to James and Hazel Roberts in Knoxville, TN and has lived at Nelson Place Apartments since 1999. He worked as a Baptist Minister in Tennessee and also as a painting contractor prior to his retirement. Marshall’s wife, Donna Mae, preceded him in death on December 6, 1991. SURVIVORS include 2 children, Roger Dale Roberts of Muskegon and Billy (Pat) Roberts of Missouri; 3 grandchildren, Roger Dale Roberts II, Montana Lee Roberts and April Mae Roberts; and 1 brother, James Roberts of San Bernardino, CA. FUNERAL SERVICES will be 1PM Monday, June 29, 2009 at The Sytsema Chapel Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 737 Apple Ave. 231-726-5210 with Pastor John Brown officiating. VISITATION will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will take place at Laketon Twp. Cemetery.
