Martha A. Beauleaux's Obituary
Martha Ann Beauleaux, age 85, passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2015. She was born August 12, 1930 in Muskegon to Jacob and Anna (Weiler) Schmitt. On October 31, 1953 she married Robert Beauleaux in Muskegon and he preceded her in death on January 15, 1994. Martha worked for Meijer, Inc. as a Pharmacy Assistant for over 30 years before retiring in 2001. She was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church. SURVIVORS include 4 children: Cindy (Steve) Kulikowski, Pamela (David) Dennis, Robert (Gretchen) Beauleaux, Ann (Mark) Fraser; 10 grandchildren: Melissa, Andrew (Breanna) Kulikowski, Kara, Kaitlin, and Kylie Dennis, Mikayla and Scott Beauleaux, Ariel and Robert Ahern, and Emma Marie Fraser; 1 great-granddaughter, Brinley Kulikowski; 2 brothers: Eugene (Ellie) Schmitt, Jerome (Sue) Schmitt; 3 sisters: Margaret Houseman, Joyce Muston, Ceceila Kerr; sister-in-law, Patricia Franklin; many nieces and nephews; special friend, Patricia Weselo; and her care giver, Maria McIntosh. She was also preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers: Charles and Jacob Schmitt; and 2 sisters: Katherine Scofield and Madaline Schmitt. THE MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will take place 11:00 AM Friday, September 25, 2015 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church with the Rev. Fr. Michael P. Olson presiding. VISITATION with the family will be from 6-9 PM Thursday, September 24, 2015 at The Sytsema Chapel, 737 Apple Ave., (231) 726-5210, and one prior to the service at the church. The Rosary will also be prayed at 6:00 PM on Thursday. Burial will take place in St. Anthony’s Catholic Cemetery. MEMORIALS to Harbor Hospice will be appreciated.
