Martha Sircher's Obituary
Mrs. Martha E. Sircher, age 83, passed away early Sunday morning, February 8, 2004 in Muskegon. She was born September 3, 1920 in Muskegon, and was a life resident. She had worked at Shaw Walker for 24 years before retiring, and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. While working at Shaw Walker, she would get up every morning and bake pies for the Double A Luncheon Restaurant before she went to work. The former Martha Fethke, she married Clarence H. TerBorg, who preceded her in death in 1942. She later married Carl Sircher on June 25, 1949. He preceded her in death on May 3, 1995. SURVIVORS include 3 children, Clarence (Toey) TerBorg of Muskegon, Carla Bratsburg of Muskegon, Nancy (John) Fierstien of Dripping Springs, TX; 4 grandchildren, Michelle Spencer, Cynthia TerBorg, Steven Firerstien, Ryan Fierstien; 5 great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a son-in-law, Greg Bratsburg in May of 2003. SERVICES will be 1:00 PM Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church, with Rev. Dennis L. Lassanske, and Pastor Herbert Graupner officiating. There will be no visitation. Burial will take place at Lakeside Cemetery.
