Mr. Marvin Edward Phelps, age 83, died Wednesday morning, April 17, 2013 at Seminole Shores Living Center. He was born July 1, 1929 in Jerseyville, IL to Marvin E. and Dorothy Phelps. Marv had been a cross-country truck driver. Survivors include 4 children, Patricia L. Phelps, Jack E. Phelps, Pamela S Vojinovic and Sheryl J. Phelps; 8 grandchildren, among whom was a special grandson, William Phelps; 16 great-grandchildren and by special friends, Tom and Pat Conarty. According to his wishes, cremation has taken place.
