I remember her beautiful smile too. I was her bus driver for a short time at OAC and never forgot what a joy she was.
I was so shocked yesterday when I heard sweet Mary Kim had passed. She was always the life of the party during the years she lived with my family. I remember how she would mischievously give away secrets, and what fun we had playing games. Her infectious smile would always attract attention, and she loved nothing more than being the center of attention, brightening the lives of everyone she met. I send my sympathy to her loving family and all those her cared for her.

Mary Kim was my foster sister for most of my childhood. She moved in when I was maybe 7 or so and lived with us until my mom retired when I was in college to care for my dad who had cancer. She was a joy to be around and her smile really did light up a room! She was sharp as a tack, and despite only being able to verbally say "yeah" and shake her head no, she could communicate passionately and clearly anything she wanted. I am so sad to hear of her passing, and my deepest condolences to her family!
I had the honor to be Mary Kim's dental hygienist for many years. I was sad to hear of your loss. Her sweet spirit for life made a lasting impact on me! Mary and I were the same age and she taught me how important it is to embrace life and be grateful for all the blessings you are given. Angela & Mary's bond was always a sweet thing to witness. I will pray for comfort for you as you navigate this loss but also praise God for this sweet soul that rests with Him! ~Rene' Nutt
