Mrs. Mary L. Breuninger's Obituary
Mrs. Mary L. Breuninger, age 86, passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2015 in Grand Rapids, MI. She was born in Muskegon on July 10, 1928 to Russell and Sadie (Mitchell) Buitendorp. Mary graduated from Hackley School of Nursing and went on to work for Hackley Hospital as a Registered Nurse. Prior to moving away from Muskegon, Mary had been a member of McGraft Memorial Congregational Church. She enjoyed going on cruises with her husband and traveling with the Orchard View Travelers. On February 20, 1954, Mary married Paul H. Breuninger in Muskegon and he preceded her in death on May 21, 2012. She is survived by three daughters, Susan Grisdale, Cindy (Tom) Trierweiler and Cherie (Mike) Purchase; seven grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and one sister, Marguerite Stavoe.
