Mary Jo Miller's Obituary
Mary Jo Miller, age 82, of Grand Haven passed away Friday, July 20, 2018, at Heartwood Lodge Hospice Residence. She was born August 29, 1935, in Grand Haven to Clarence and Nona (VerMurlen) Gelakoska.
Mary Jo was a lifelong resident of Grand Haven.
She is lovingly remembered by her three children: Anthony “Tony” Miller, Dena (Vernon) Forrest, and Tim (Barb) Miller; two grandchildren, Justin Forrest and Haley Miller; one sister, Laura (Richard) Buffham; one brother, Darell (Marianne) Gelakoska. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Chari Wiard, and two brothers, Joseph and Daniel Gelakoska.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank Mary Jo’s many close friends, and the wonderful team at Hospice of North Ottawa Community.
