Mrs. Mary Rose Muellerleile's Obituary
Mrs. Mary R. Muellerleile, age 95, passed away May 9, 2023, in Spring Lake. She was born July 11, 1927, to William and Versia (Hoover) Wood in Peru, IN. Mary had been a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and volunteered at the NOAH project. On February 6, 1948, she married Dennis E. Muellerleile in Mankato, MN, and he preceded her in death on November 10, 2021. Survivors include two children, Daniel (Lorie) Muellerleile and Rose Kelenske; seven grandchildren, Sara, Philip, Scott, and Nicholas Muellerleile, Brandon DeWeerdt, Lindsey and Alicia Kelenske, along with eight great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Monday, May 22, 2023, at 2:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery in Homer, MI, 24861 N. Drive South, Homer, MI 49245. Following the graveside service, the family invites you to gather with them at Cascarelli’s Pizza, 103 E. Main St., Homer. Contributions in memory of Mrs. Muellerleile may be made to Holland Hospice. Arrangements have been entrusted to The Lee Chapel of Sytsema Funeral and Cremation Services, 6291 S. Harvey St., Norton Shores, MI 49444.
