Mary Ann Sarade's Obituary
Mary Ann Sarade, age 72, passed away early Sunday, May 27, 2012 at her home. She was born April 3, 1940 to Michael F. and Anne (Koslosky) Sarade in Muskegon, and was a lifelong resident. She graduated from Muskegon Catholic Central in 1958, and then went on to nursing school. Mary Ann worked for Dr. Stubbart for 31 years, and then for Asphalt Paving for 15 years. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and a lifelong member of the Polish Falcons. She was a diehard Cubs fan, a past president of the Muskegon Bowling Association, and a member of the Muskegon Eagles Precision Marching Team. She was preceded in death by her mother and father. SURVIVORS include her very dear friend Richard (Dick) Morgan; brother, Michael (Rita) Sarade of Muskegon; sister, Shirley Ahrens of St. Louis, MO; 4 nieces and 1 nephew, Jennifer Ahrens, Stefanie (Andrew) Kadolph, Joseph Sarade, Patricia Sarade, Katherine Sarade; God-children, Lisa Bly and Kathy Kuharevicz. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held Saturday, June 2, at 11:00 AM at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St. (231) 798-1100, with the Rev. Fr. Thomas Brown presiding. VISITATION will be one hour prior to the service.
