A favorite memory of mine is when we ask Granny at age 80 to be the Godmother of our children. She wondered why we wanted an old "kwalka" (old lady) like her--I replied because you accept people without judgement, you believe in God's plan without doubt, and you are compassionate without compliant. Fourteen years later our kids have a fabulous foundation of faith, hope and love. Thanks Granny for demonstrating peace, courage and wisdom throughout your life and sharing it.
